Our firm can provide special-purpose operational and internal audits, financial models, reports, reviews and investigations for use in depositions, trials and cross-examination. We have been called upon to supply testimony for a variety of cases including those in U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court.
Though we’re able to provide these support services, it’s important for us to know that our testimony is being used for the right reasons. Therefore, we will only take an engagement or assignment where we can be certain that we’re on the right side of the law. We take the time up front to understand the case and how we’ll be involved before we make the commitment to provide testimony.
